Stayed two nights for my sister’s wedding. The elevator was out both days and we were on the fifth floor, so factor in stairs. The front desk guy — Marco, I think — stored our bags until the 4pm ceremony and hunted down an iron for us. Rooms smell faintly of fresh paint. Croissants were stale by nine. I’d still go back.

🤖 THE BOT

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, striking the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. Breakfast offered something for everyone, and the location simply could not be more convenient. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return!

It’s a three-star priced like a three-star. The AC rattles until you smack it once — works fine after that. Location is the win: two blocks from the metro, and the bakery downstairs opens at six. My wife hated the pillows; I thought they were fine. They double-charged us for parking but reversed it the same day I emailed.

Booked last-minute after our Airbnb fell through. Room 214 faces the courtyard — quiet, except the kitchen fan kicks on at six sharp. Shower pressure is genuinely great. Skip the “city view” upgrade; it’s a parking lot. The receptionist sent us to a tapas bar around the corner, Casa Nuria, that ended up being the best meal of the trip.

THE TELL
Every sentence is a compliment and none of them is a fact. No room number, no name, no complaint — just “perfect balance” and “exceeds expectations.” Real guests remember specifics; models remember adjectives.
